U1 class mogul Nº31902 at Halwill with a down train for the North Cornwall line on 30th August 1961.
The three cylinder U1 class made only a very brief appearance on the line.

BR Standard 3 2-6-2T Nº82024 ready to run round its train at Halwill on 30th August 1961.
This is, in fact, the Bude portion of a train that will be attached to the Padstow portion at Halwill.
The driver is waiting to run round then draw the coaches back out of the station whilst the
shunter pushes the buffers of the leading coach back in to the short position.

St Kew Highway
T9 Class Nº120 arriving at St Kew Highway with the down "North Cornishman & Camel Valleyman" railtour
on 27th April 1963. This ran from Exeter Central to Wadebridge, where Nº1369 headed a brakevan tour
up to Wenford Bridge and back, following which Nº120 returned the tour to Exeter Central.

en route for Padstow.

Delabole Station in 1966
The "North Cornwall Lines Farewell Tour" at Delabole, 1st October 1966. This tour was run by
the Great Western Society and ran from Plymouth to Bodmin General, Bodmin North, Padstow,
Wadebridge, Halwill, Bude, Okehampton, Launceston and Wadebridge, then back to Plymouth.

Tresmeer Station in 1966

Padstow Station in 1950

Wadebridge Station in 1978
Although scheduled passenger services ceased in 1967, the occasional special visited
Wadebridge, by way of Bodmin General, from time to time. This was the "Camel Train"
that made two round trips from Plymouth to Wadebridge on 6th May 1978.

The "Camel Train" was organised by the Lea Valley Railway Club which had these tickets
issued for the journey.
