This Internet Catalogue supercedes all previous Terms and
Conditions of Sale.
We reserve the right to alter Prices and Specifications
without notice and in the event of fluctuations in material and labour costs to
invoice at prices in force at the time of despatch. Whereas every precaution
has been taken to describe goods accurately in this Catalogue no liability is
accepted by DJB Model Engineering Ltd for any misdescriptions or omissions.
When ordering any parts etc. from DJB Model Engineering Ltd
please write your Name and Address clearly.
All RTR and kit Locomotives require a 50% non refundable deposit with
order, balance on Pro Forma Invoice before delivery.
We do not accept Credit Cards other than by the Paypal system, a 4.5% charge
will apply for all Paypal orders (may change or be charged at the rate in force
at the time of purchase, but the customer will be notified when ordering
beforehand of any rate changes).
Cheque with order is acceptable,
payable to: DJB Model Engineering Ltd please, but will be cleared before
delivery, post will be charged as below:
Post and packing on whistles £4.79 to UK, overseas at cost.
Post on kits will be at cost or please ask for a quote.
Delivery on RTR and kit Engines will be at cost or please ask for a quote.
